Training and Cancellation Policy

Training Commitment

sampleShaw Computer Systems, Training Department will publish a training session calendar for the most current two month period.  You can see our current calendar here.  Our commitment to you, our clients, is; If you register to take a regularly scheduled session with us, we will not cancel the session or ask you to wait until we have more participants.  We will present the session as advertised, even if it becomes a one-on-one session.

We reserve the right to withdraw a course from our calendar if no one has registered for it within five calendar days of the session date. In many instances, we have clients waiting for training in one of our higher level or specialty courses.  When no one registers for an advertised session, we are able to accommodate those clients in a timely fashion.

Cancellation Policy:

sampleIf you have registered to take a training session with us, you may cancel that commitment without charge until noon of the day before the scheduled session. If you cancel after that time period, we will invoice you for the session and offer you a seat in the next regularly scheduled class of the course you cancelled.
 

Refund policy

If you have prepaid for a session and you are unable to attend, we will refund your payment or hold it as a credit on your account to be applied to future training if you meet the cancellation criteria stated in the Cancellation Policy paragraph above.

Support Policy

sampleWe support our clients.  If you take a course with us we will answer any session related questions you might have via e-mail or telephone.  We also provide a comprehensive user manual and accompanying sample files so that you may practice the course material on your own computer at your leisure after the session.
