Outlook Level 1 (2003 or 2007)
This course is the first in a series of two Outlook courses. It will provide participants with the skills needed to start sending and responding to e-mail in Microsoft Outlook, as well as maintaining a Calendar, scheduling meetings, and working with tasks and notes.
Performance-Based Objectives:
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- identify the components of the Outlook environment.
- compose e-mail and respond to received messages.
- use folders to manage mail.
- use rules to manage incoming e-mail.
- schedule appointments.
- schedule meetings.
- manage contacts and contact information.
- create and edit tasks.
- assign a task
- create and edit notes.
